Hi, I’m John Radway.

Thank you for taking the time to learn a bit more about me and how we may work together. My passion lies in going above and beyond to not just meet, but exceed the expectations of those I work with. As your coach and mentor, I aim to be more than just an advisor—I strive to be a friend who's there for you, guiding you through both personal and professional challenges.

My journey is a blend of education, business ownership, and management, which uniquely positions me to offer a comprehensive approach to coaching. For 14 years, I owned and operated my own office furniture and interior design business, where I honed my skills in hiring, training, and mentoring a diverse team. This experience, combined with my tenure as an educator and administrator at Hennepin Technical College in Minneapolis, Minnesota, has given me a robust foundation in understanding learning processes and applying specific tools to leverage individual strengths. It's where I also pursued my passion for education further by earning a bachelor’s degree in administration and marketing, creating my own degree program to do so.

My commitment to serving others extends beyond my professional endeavors. I'm an active participant in my community through my involvement with the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce, where I've embraced various leadership roles and currently serve on the Chamber Ambassador Leadership Council. My faith plays a significant role in my life, guiding me to lead a small group with my wife, Karen, at Messiah Lutheran Church, contribute to the Strategic Planning Committee, and previously co-chair the Messiah Building Committee. Additionally, I bring biblical principles to the business world as a mentor for young professionals and emerging leaders within the Lincoln Christian Business Men’s Connection.

Beyond my professional and community life, I cherish the time spent with family and friends. Building and investing in personal and business relationships is fundamental to who I am.
